for those of you that don’t regularly check moped army, mopedjay (a former khz, current friend) was in the process of moving to florida and was run over by a truck while riding down there. right now he has two broken legs, arm, pelvis, sternum, and other bones from what i have heard. he is a great guy, and needs all the help he can get now. he will be coming back up to massachusetts once it is safe to transport him. if you can’t give money, please support him through recovery through the coming months….but please, get him some money

i wasn’t around this weekend, but a bunch of area riders and khz got together and organized a ride for motobrokane and some some of the port city peds guys from portsmouth, nh. it looked like a great ride. i’m glad so many people made it out….and it wasn’t freezing! thanks to doug, dave, and the other guys for their organization

Threw on a new, low-mileage engine, drop bars, and had a friend re-weld a stock boss header onto the pipe, and it runs like a charm. This is a very fun stock ride.
aka 1962 motobecane mobylette av88. did an engine rebuild to replace the leaky seals, threw on a varplus, and added an early 60s av89 head for far higher compression. runs like a charm. still need to redo the electricals as the lights dont seem to want to cooperate at the moment.
Christmas Came early, I got a powder coat gun and tried it out. Super fast coat, and no runs. Sweet Awesomeness!
